European Mission Trip - September 2006

Louisville Bible College Missions Professor Jim Bowyer and his wife, Rhonda, traveled to Europe on September 11, 2006. While there they worked with the Plaistow Church of Christ. This congregation is made up primarily of Philipinos and the minister is Jamaican. Jim taught "Personal Evangelism" and "Church Leadership" to the elders and deacons. Christianity is down to about 2% in Europe and there is a great need for both of these teachings.

The Bowyers also taught "New Testament Christianity" in Northern France where Christianity is in the single digit percentages as well.

We thank the Lord for His faithfulness and the Bowyers sacrifice as they share with our brothers and sisters in Christ abroad!
